Academic credit in Marine Biology is available on our Sierra programs. Here's where you'll combine fun and adventure with hands-on learning – this is one class you'll never forget!

On our Sierra programs, you can earn independent study credit in Marine Biology as an Optional Course, pending approval from your academic advisor.  Choose from an array of available research projects that allow you to delve deeper into Sierra's marine science curriculum. Our well-trained staff will support you in your work. Examples of project topics include diurnal and nocturnal marine ecosystems, species diversity in fringing reefs and sea grass beds, and environmental impact assessments.
