What is RSS?

An RSS feed (also known as Rich Site Summary, Real Simple Syndication or more simply a "news feed") is a standard means for websites to publish regular updates of their content, such as news headlines, to interested consumers. Rather than visiting many different websites to see what's new on each, consumers can use an "RSS reader" to subscribe to those websites' news feeds and have the new content automatically presented to them how, where and when they want it.

How can I get a feed from Sail Caribbean?

First you'll need a RSS newsreader or a supporting web browser in which you can receive our published RSS content. teen sailingThere are many RSS readers available and most of them are free (find one by way of Google). If you use a supporting browser, you can use Firefox's Live Bookmarks or built-in RSS capability to enjoy our site's content (are you browsing happy?).

Alternatively, you might use a personalized home page from Google, Yahoo!, MSN, or AOL to receive RSS feeds from any source.

Once you have an RSS reader, you need to subscribe to the RSS feeds that you want. Click on the link in the box on the right side of this page for the desired Sail Caribbean RSS feed, and follow the instructions on that page. You'll either click a button to add the feed to your personalized home page, or copy and paste an address into your RSS reader. It's as easy as that!
