Travel Info

Our travel agent can arrange your flights

You have two options when it comes to arranging flights.
1. You may use our travel agent, Eileen Rothschild with Sorensen Travel, who has been with us for nearly 25 years. She is very knowledgeable about our guidelines for arrival and departure times, connecting time allowances, and securing good fares.  Over the years, they have been invaluable help on those occasional delayed/cancelled flights - they are always ready and able to assist.
Feel free to contact Eileen at 863-299-8967 or Email: Eileen_Rothschild@yahoo.com

2. You may arrange the flights yourself for your son or daughter. If you do this, we ask that you contact our NY office prior to making the final reservation to double check on flight information. After you make final arrangement you will need to send us a copy of your son or daughter's flight itineray including the record locator number, also known as confirmation code. And if the itinerary changes for any reason, you must remember to inform our NY office.  Here are some guidelines for travel to the BVI and Leeward Islands.

Passports are required

You will need a passport that will be valid during the dates of your program for all travel to the British Virgin Islands and Leeward Islands. US citizens can find downloadable passport applications and other helpful information on the State Department website.

And it is a good idea to make a copy of your passport to keep at home while you are traveling in the Caribbean (or anywhere else).

A visa may be required for non-US citizens

Visitors from some countries may also require a visa for entry. If in doubt about the necessity of a visa, please follow the relevant link below to learn more:
