Our travel agent can arrange your flights
You have two options when it comes to arranging flights.
1. You may use our Travel Agent, Eileen Rothschild, who has been with us for more then ten years. She is very knowledgeable about our guidelines for arrival and departure times, connecting time allowances, and securing good fares.

2. You may arrange the flights yourself for your son or daughter. If you do this, we ask that you contact our NY office prior to making the final reservation to double check on flight information. After you make final arrangement you will need to send us a copy of your son or daughter's flight itineray including the record locator number and whether it is an e-ticket or paper ticket. And if the itinerary changes for any reason, you must remember to inform our NY office.
Passports are required
You will need a passport that will be valid during the dates of your program for all travel to the British Virgin Islands, Belize, the Bahamas, the Leeward and Windward Islands. US citizens can find downloadable passport applications and other helpful information on the State Department website.
A visa may be required for non-US citizens

Making connections on travel days
If your son/daughter is traveling through San Juan, Puerto Rico, or Naussau, Bahamas, we have staff members situated at these airports during all travel days. For Belize, we have staff at the Belize City airport. We do our best to meet all students as they de-plane and help them make their connections. Then, we also meet all students at their final destination and provide transportation to our base.

For all of the Bravo, Foxtrot and Echo programs, students will arrive and depart from Beef Island Airport, Tortola. The airport code is EIS.
On Charlie 1, 2 & 3, students arrive and depart from Beef Island Airport, Tortola. The airport code is EIS.
On Charlie Advanced, students arrive and depart from Sint Maarten. The airport code is SXM.
On Delta 1, students arrive and depart from Sint Maarten. The airport code is SXM.
On Delta 2, students arrive in Sint Maarten (SXM) and depart from Antigua (ANU).
On Delta Advanced, students arrive in Antigua (ANU) and depart from St. Lucia (SLU).
On Eleuthera, students arrive and depart from Rock Sound airport, South Eleuthera. The airport code is RSD.
On Belize, students arrive and depart from Belize City airport, in Belize City. The airport code is BZE.
