Our classic teen sailing camps offer diving options, too

Have you ever snorkeled at night? A bioluminescent fantasyland awaits you at our teen sailing camps in the British Virgin Islands, courtesy of thousands of miniscule single-celled algae. Just wave your arms quickly and the water comes alive from a chemical reaction inside these amazing living lights. There aren't many land creatures that have this ability (a firefly is one), but the warm Caribbean waters are teeming with a huge variety of glow in the darks!

The Bravo programs are Sail Caribbean's traditional BVI sailing, scuba and watersports camps. Try Scuba for the first time with an introductory Discover Scuba Diver course, or get fully certified earning your PADI Open Water Diver.  Once certified, you can continue your dive education with Advanced Open Water, dive specialties, or just dive for fun.  Not interested in diving?  Then opt out of scuba altogether and enjoy the spectacular underwater world by snorkel and mask! Learn to windsurf or wakeboard, attend marine biology seminars, or take the ASA Basic Keelboat course - it's up to you. No previous sailing, scuba or watersports experience is necessary for these fourteen to twenty one-day programs that include 5-10 hours of community service.

Itinerary

On Bravo sailing adventures, we'll travel to the most famous locations in the British Virgin Islands, as well as some quiet hideaways where you'll see a side of the islands that only the locals know. Starting at our home base in Tortola, we sail three to four hours a day to a variety of marinas and anchorages. The days include sailing instruction, scuba instruction (if you opt for scuba as a part of your program) and plenty of high-energy watersports, beach activities, and island exploration. You'll dance with stilt walkers at our Fireball Party at Trellis Bay, sail Hobiecats at the Bitter End Yacht Club on Virgin Gorda, and explore the enormous boulders at the Baths, one of the most extraordinary natural wonders you'll find anywhere. Activities

How blue can blue water be? Sail Caribbean water is so blue you can't wait to jump in and try every watersport we've got. Of all our programs, Bravo teen sailing camps offer the widest array of activities and devotes the most time to watersports. Learn to windsurf, explore the coast in a kayak, or even take a thrilling ride on a wakeboard or tube. Apply your new sailing skills on a Hobie Cat or Laser, or grab your snorkel, mask, and fins and get a dazzling look at the colorful fish and reefs. You'll also give a little back to the islands, and grow in the process, by working with local youth and restoring a beach to its natural beauty. See all the activities you can do
