By wpdev July 27, 2012

Today is the official Opening Ceremony for the 2012 Summer Olympic Games.  The coming month is sure to be filled with exciting competitions and lots of patriotic team spirit!

At Sail Caribbean, we know all about fun-filled competitions, teamwork, and spirit.  In fact, every summer we have a few traditional rounds of our very own Sail Caribbean Olympic Games!  Complete with synchronized swimming contests, relay races, tug-o-war, and a few other surprises, Sail Caribbean crews enjoy a little friendly competition between boats in their fleet on this day of program.

In honor of the real 2012 Opening Ceremony, enjoy the photos from some riveting games of the past that Sail Caribbean crews have competed in.  Let the games begin!

The greatest challenge during the program was staying entertained during the quarantine period. Not being able to leave your boat and not having a phone, which was a crutch against boredom, it was difficult at first to stay entertained.
