Captain: Ruby

Navigator: Callie

Mate: Mer

This morning we woke up en route to the Baths! The staff motored us from Savannah to explore one of the most beautiful places in the BVI. After a quick breakfast, the diver went off for two dives and saw lots of cool creatures! The non-divers, Brian, Adam and Matt explored Fallen Jerusalem – an uninhabited island south of Virgin Gorda.

Lunch was prepared with help from Monty and Paul, who are well known to be great chiefs. At the Baths we went for a hikel – a swim/snorkel/hike with our underwater camera, followed by a swim to shore to try out “Jump Rock”. It was awesome!!!

Elias and Frankie did some sick 360 spins off jump rock!

DCIM190GOPRODCIM190GOPRODCIM190GOPROAfter we got back to the boat we sailed to Long Bay where we anchored, showered and headed to shore for a BBQ with Sierra and Foxtrot programs! It was fun to meet up with other students, and we all hung out at the beach afterwards.

The greatest challenge during the program was staying entertained during the quarantine period. Not being able to leave your boat and not having a phone, which was a crutch against boredom, it was difficult at first to stay entertained.
