We woke up at Key Point on Peter Island this morning. Right after breakfast, the divers departed for a morning dive. Jakub went diving for his Search and Recovery specialty and managed to find a propeller while Erin saw a giant nurse shark on her fun dive! Meanwhile, everyone else gathered together on Galilee to go snorkel The Indians before water sporting. Maeve and Stella went tubing and had a blast!

Michael was skipper of the day and he up anchored us from Key Point and held an excellent downwind course towards Soper’s Hole, Tortola. Maeve was navigator and guided us in between Little Thatch Island and mainland Tortola for an on time arrival at Soper’s Hole. The crew did an excellent job with a challenge of a silent mooring ball pickup. Max was spotter for the silent pickup and came up with a whole system for sign language to communicate with the helm.

After a successful pickup, everyone sorted their laundry for laundry day and headed to shore for shops and food! Justin treated himself to coconut shrimp and a chocolate smoothie at the Pusser’s Restaurant while Anton enjoyed the shops and brought back a haul of souvenirs! We all headed back to boats for shower time and a delicious dinner of chicken stir fry and a quiet night on board.

Enjoy photos of the Bravo 2 and Charlie 2 programs and a boat photo of Rioja with a complete crew!

The greatest challenge during the program was staying entertained during the quarantine period. Not being able to leave your boat and not having a phone, which was a crutch against boredom, it was difficult at first to stay entertained.
