Bravo and Charlie Day 6: Brought to you by the crew of JP

By wpdev June 28, 2014

We woke up nice and early to have a filling buffet breakfast!

Then the divers went to shore to do some practical checkoff skills in confined water before heading out for a dive in the open ocean. While the divers were practicing, we took a trip over to the Indians for a really cool snorkel!

When we got back, we were able to have some much needed relaxation time before cooking a nice lunch involving couscous salad. After cleanup, we dropped our mooring ball and set our sail for Peter Island.

Instead of going straight there, which would only take about an hour, we went around the backside of Norman Island, which involved some open ocean sailing. We all had a blast!

We really got the boat moving super fast and had it leaned over, nearly all the way!!

Once we arrived at Great Harbour, we did a silent mooring ball pickup, which went flawlessly with Reagan leading us at the helm!

We then took some showers and Henry, with the help of everyone, prepared a delicious stir fry chicken and vegetable dinner. After a good clean, we got ready for dinner, which included Sam hilariously setting up his hammock. It was a great day in the British Virgin Islands!

The greatest challenge during the program was staying entertained during the quarantine period. Not being able to leave your boat and not having a phone, which was a crutch against boredom, it was difficult at first to stay entertained.
