Chalpha Day 8

By wpdev August 13, 2014

Brought to you by JP…

This morning we awoke to a beautifully sunny day at Nanny Cay! Robby and Alec sailed Opal Bella to Little Harbor, Peter Island, while Jorge, Angelica, and Emily went on an early morning dive! Parker took the helm for JP during the de-docking and had an incredible maneuver! On the sail over we had a dance party with Parker and Daniel alternating on the helm.

After med-anchoringĀ at the beautiful Little Harbor, we all met up for a Nacho lunch. After we were sufficiently full from the wonderful lunch that Alyssa and Aoife made, Daniel, Maddie, Tyler and Parker went on their first dive of two for the day. While the dive was going on, Angelica, Robby, Emily and Alec went coral watching on the reef in Little Harbor. Robby had a successful spotting of a Spotted Eagle Ray and even a shark! The Charlie divers had a night dive after dinner and we all watched the stars on deck before heading to bed.
Tomorrow is Challenge Day and we are excited to see what our crew can do together!

The greatest challenge during the program was staying entertained during the quarantine period. Not being able to leave your boat and not having a phone, which was a crutch against boredom, it was difficult at first to stay entertained.
