Charlie and Bravo Day 19

Brought to you by Monet I.

This morning we unfortunately had to say goodbye to Santi and Gustavo who were leaving early. We had a really nice sail on our new huge catamaran Abel to Trellis Bay to reunite with the rest of our fleet. The sailing conditions were really good and we had a nice broad reach the entire way.

Once on the ball we had quesadillas for lunch before Ezra, Emily, Claire, Drew, Luca and Eric went diving for the afternoon, while Jeff and Andra took their Basic Keelboat practical.  After dinner Ezra, Emily, Eric and Luca went for their last dive while the rest of us went to shore to socialize with the rest of the fleet, before returning to boats batten down the hatches, nice and safe in our cabins for the night.

The greatest challenge during the program was staying entertained during the quarantine period. Not being able to leave your boat and not having a phone, which was a crutch against boredom, it was difficult at first to stay entertained.
