Day 3 was another exciting day for Tango! We started off our morning with an early wakeup at 7 a.m. and a breakfast buffet. After cleaning up breakfast, we completed our pre-departure checks and dropped the mooring ball at Cooper Island. Underway, we practiced raising the mainsail and learned about the RMS Rhone as we headed towards The Bight at Norman Island. After an amazing mooring ball pickup at Norman, we had lunch and got ready for our cannonball contest with the Alpha fleet! We made an amazing cheer for Tango and our cannonball jumpers won the cannonball contest! Our prize was a blow up dolphin!

We spent some time floating on our new dolphin and then went to shore and had some free time at the Bight. Some of us got virgin pina coladas, played in the water, and rode on our tube Poparazzi! Everyone gathered to play volleyball on the beach, and then we headed back to boats for showers and dinner. We headed back to shore after dinner clean was over, and got a chance to hang out with friends on the Alpha fleet and had another snack on shore. We then had a boat meeting on shore and motored back to I Am Free for an early night.

The greatest challenge during the program was staying entertained during the quarantine period. Not being able to leave your boat and not having a phone, which was a crutch against boredom, it was difficult at first to stay entertained.
