Today, we woke up at 7:30 and began to make breakfast and prepare our divers for a day out on the water! We munched on cereal and bagels, and then the rescue divers went for their final day before certification. Then the other fun divers got dropped off, and the rest of us got ready to go on a hike! We hiked up to the helipad at The Bight on Norman, and played some games like Wah! and Oh Captain, My Captain! We then explored more of Norman, and then headed back down and back to boats. We swam around, played fender rodeo, and had fun in the sun until we dropped the ball and got on our way to Nanny Cay. We docked, did a deep clean of the boat, and then went to the local shops for some land time. Then we went back to boats and had a dinner of Buddha bowls, and then had a boat meeting. After debriefing the next day’s schedule and the day’s activities, we quieted down and went to bed.

The greatest challenge during the program was staying entertained during the quarantine period. Not being able to leave your boat and not having a phone, which was a crutch against boredom, it was difficult at first to stay entertained.
