Charlie/ Alpha Day 11: Brought to you by the crew of JP.

By wpdev August 16, 2014

To start the morning we motored to Long Bay for a beach day. The day was full of swimming, paddle boarding, small boat sailing, and water sports. Alec loved sailing the Picos and got them to go super fast! The whole group came together for a truck tour of Tortola and Robby had some fun asking people to honk for them. Lunch was ready when we came back to the beach: burgers and dogs straight from the grill! There was even a surprise visit from the ice cream truck; best ice cream ever!! Parker, Maddie, Daniel, and Tyler went for their afternoon dives while the rest of the group got to hang out on the beach some more. Jorge had an awesome time on the Poparazzi. We wrapped up our beach day and left Long Bay to head over to Lee Bay for the night, just around the corner. After dinner, the divers went on their last night dive where they had to stay underwater for three minutes without and light; it was an incredible experience. It was a long and exciting day for the whole boat!

The greatest challenge during the program was staying entertained during the quarantine period. Not being able to leave your boat and not having a phone, which was a crutch against boredom, it was difficult at first to stay entertained.
