Can you believe, it’s day 10 of program?! Our divers spent the morning diving at sites such as the Kodiak Queen and the Chimneys. Kodiak Queen is a beautiful wreck right at Mountain Point that was intentionally sunk by Richard Branson and a team of artists and scientists last year. Our non-diving students got to have a relaxed morning hanging out on Salome. Everyone got the chance to either snorkel the Kodiak Queen or do water sports, as well.

Once all divers returned and pre-departure checks were complete, it was time to up-anchor. We had a short trip to Leverick Bay in the North Sound on Virgin Gorda. Grenade immediately picked up a mooring ball while Salome got some more docking practice because they had to fill up their water tanks. Everyone got to enjoy shore time at Leverick Bay checking out the shops and pool. Some of our girls went to the spa to get their hair braided! Everyone then headed back to his or her boats for a yummy dinner of lo mein! After dinner, everyone rushed to get their boat clean so they could head back to shore for a social! The Foxtrot, Sierra and Alpha fleets got to hang out on shore for a little bit before it was time to power down. Everyone had a great day of diving, relaxing, and getting to know everyone on the other boats!

The greatest challenge during the program was staying entertained during the quarantine period. Not being able to leave your boat and not having a phone, which was a crutch against boredom, it was difficult at first to stay entertained.
