At Sail Caribbean your yacht is your social center and also your classroom. It’s a modern, 50-foot, single-hull sailing yacht or 45-foot catamaran. Whether you’re just learning port from starboard or looking to expand your sailing skills, you’ll have a high-performance craft, an experienced captain and mate as constant companions, and enthusiastic crewmates to share the adventure of sailing Caribbean waters.
Crews are co-ed and grouped by age on each boat. Accommodations are in five cabins, each shared by two or three people. Your boat also has a salon, a galley, and four heads (living room, kitchen, and bathrooms, respectively). Space and resources are limited onboard, so we respect one another’s privacy, conserve water and electricity, and monitor our food supplies carefully. Being in the beautiful Caribbean, you always have the option of sleeping under the stars, with the sound of the water and the light breeze lulling you to sleep.
Your boat will be part of a fleet – your own tight knit community on the water. Sailing the Caribbean together as a fleet has its advantages. You will meet lots of interesting people (both staff and crew) who live aboard your sister ships.
