Sierra/ Foxtrot day 14: Brought to you by the crew of Geneve

By wpdev July 5, 2014

Day 14
Captain of the day on Geneve: Ronny
Mate: Jules
Navigator: Sami
Today we woke up to a breakfast buffet. We all had a great time sailing and got to Trellis before the other boats! We then sat down for a lunch. Afterwards the divers went for a fun dive while some stayed back and baked a cake. When everybody came back we all took showers and got ready to go to shore. We had an amazing time at the BBQ.

The best part was the party that happened afterwards. The Kids from all three fleets flooded the beach; drinking sodas, talking, dancing, laughing, and watching bonfires.

Finally we came back to the boat and we relaxed until it was time to go to sleep. Thinking back on it, today was pretty cool.We even got to see some of our favorite marine animal; The Starfish.
Today our crew did a great job of working together to raise/furl the genoa. We still need to work on Communication. The miracle moment was celebrating the 4th of July in a British controlled territory!

The greatest challenge during the program was staying entertained during the quarantine period. Not being able to leave your boat and not having a phone, which was a crutch against boredom, it was difficult at first to stay entertained.
