This morning, we had a relaxing wake up (we got to sleep in until 8a.m.!!) and ate a delicious breakfast of French toast! We spent some time on shore and got to explore Cane Garden Bay. Then our boy crew members headed to Venture and our girl crew members headed to Galilee and got ready for a friendly race day!

Venture and Galilee commenced their race from Cane Garden Bay on Tortola to the finish line of Little Harbour on Jost Van Dyke, circumnavigating Sandy Cay on the way! Believe it or not, it was a tie to Little Harbour! After we got back to I Am Free, we showered and got ready for dinner at Sydney’s Peace and Love restaurant. On shore, we ate chicken, rice, coleslaw, and ice cream for dessert! We headed back to I Am Free and powered down after a quick sword fight with straws!

The greatest challenge during the program was staying entertained during the quarantine period. Not being able to leave your boat and not having a phone, which was a crutch against boredom, it was difficult at first to stay entertained.
