Harrison Reeves

Harrison is from Atlanta, Ga and a rising Junior at Purdue University studying Aquatic Science (specifically interested in Coral Reefs). He was a mate last summer for Sail Caribbean and he is enthusiastically coming back for more! Prior to that he participated in Sea Semester before heading to college, through which he spent 6 weeks on a tall ship sailing from Woods Hole, MA to Key West, FL. There he concentrated on the effects of climate change on our oceans. Harrison also spent another 3 months traveling and living in Costa Rica and Panama practicing environmental conservation. His passions include fishing, soccer, basketball, hiking, and spending quality time with friends and family. Anytime he can spend on the water he will, whether that be surfing, snorkeling, diving, sailing or just going for a swim. In his downtime, Harrison enjoys a good movie or show. Harrison loves getting to know new people and can’t wait to meet all the students and staff.
