Mikey Lippman
Captain
Mikey was born and raised in Los Angeles, California and started sailing as a camper at the UCLA
Marina Aquatics Center in Marina Del Rey. He has sailed with the Los Angeles Maritime Institute
on Tallship American Pride for several years in addition to his experience as a camper with Sail
Caribbean on both Alpha and Delta! Mikey is a rising Senior in the dual degree program at
Columbia University and the Jewish Theological Seminary studying Financial Economics and Jewish
Thought. As a member of the Columbia University Sailing Team, he enjoys time on Long Island
Sound sailing out of the Huguenot Yacht Club. He is incredibly excited to be a part of the Sail
Caribbean team and to return to the BVI to make new friends and unforgettable memories!
