Adam has been in the outdoor education industry for the past eight years. He has been with Sail Caribbean for the last four years as a fleet captain, captain and in the 2019 season as a member of the on land support crew. Adam is a dive instructor and a yacht master and worked as a professional dive coxswain in Costa Rica for a year before moving to a full time marine mechanic position in a marina in Europe. Adam has extensive experience in all areas of boating including marine repair, as well as a degree in Outdoor Education.
