This morning, our divers headed out to continue working on their scuba certifications after we as a team family indulged in an extravagant pancake breakfast. After breakfast clean-up, all the rest of our non-divers headed onto different vessels on fleet to circumnavigate Cooper Island and practice our continuously strengthening sailing skills!

We landed back at Cooper Island secured to our mooring balls, right as the divers returned and lunch preparation began. The divers headed out again in the afternoon to do more underwater learning and exploring as others hung out and played in the water enjoying water-sporting, and beach activities.

From here, we sailed to Little Harbour, Peter Island and did our first med-anchoring, a tricky maneuver that was masterfully done by our crew. For the rest of the day at LH, we all snorkeled the beautiful and picturesque destination and hung around before showers and dinner preparation began. After a yummy dinner of chicken and broccoli, our nightly boat meeting fell into place and a great night’s sleep ensued.

The greatest challenge during the program was staying entertained during the quarantine period. Not being able to leave your boat and not having a phone, which was a crutch against boredom, it was difficult at first to stay entertained.
