Hilary Chessler

Hilary is excited to return to Sail Caribbean for her second summer as a staff member. Sail Caribbean is where she first fell in love with sailing and scuba diving during the summer before her senior year of high school in Princeton, New Jersey. This experience inspired her to take a gap year before college, during which she lived aboard a 112-foot schooner and sailed over 5,000 nautical miles from the Mediterranean to the Caribbean.

Now a student at the University of Miami, majoring in Public Relations, Hilary takes every opportunity she can to get back on board a boat and to spend time by the ocean. Hilary hopes to inspire a passion for sailing and the ocean in others, the same way Sail Caribbean staff first inspired her.
