Wow, two weeks have flown by like crazy! It’s been such a blast on Alpha & Tango 2’s! This morning, the students have made their way to ferries and airport terminals to head back home.

Yesterday, the counselors woke with the sun to move the boats to mooring balls at The Baths on Virgin Gorda. Once there, the students woke up and had breakfast before heading to the swim line for a snorkel! On the snorkel, students saw beautiful fish, squid, and barnacles on rocks near the shore. At the shore, they began the hike through the giant stones of The Baths!

After the hike, students went BTB and anchored at Salt Island to have lunch and begin cleaning and organizing their things. Bags were packed, communal spaces were cleaned, and friendship bracelets were finished! Around 3, the boats docked at Hodges Creek Marina, and students continued cleaning, packing, and enjoying their last evening with friends! They planned skits to perform after dinner with their boats.

At 6:15, we had a hot meal of mac-n-cheese, chicken, rice & beans, and veggies! Then, we watched the end of program slideshow and the skits!

This program has been so much fun!! So many friendships were formed, memories made, and flips done off the boats! We hope to see y’all again next summer 🙂
