Kate Guerard

Kate is a French Canadian with a degree in Business Administration and a love for adventure. She’s lived and worked around the world, including a memorable four-year chapter in Australia, a place she fell in love with for its beaches, marine life, and laid-back lifestyle. Whether it’s traveling, exploring new cultures, or connecting with people, Kate thrives on experiences that push her out of her comfort zone. Her love for the ocean started early when she spent a year living on a sailboat as a child, and ever since, she’s found it hard to stay away from the sea! In her spare time, you’ll find her hiking, paddleboarding, or doing anything that involves soaking up the sun. This will be Kate’s first season with Sail Caribbean, and she couldn’t be more excited to be part of such an awesome team. She’s looking forward to learning the ropes, diving into new challenges, and sharing an unforgettable summer with the Sail Caribbean crew and campers in the beautiful British Virgin Islands.
