Oliver Stone

Oliver, 20, is from just outside of London and is currently in his second year studying Sport Management and Coaching at the University of Bath. Sport has always been central to his life, with football and tennis his main passions, both of which, as well as playing competitively, he began coaching whilst still at school.

Last summer, he spent ten weeks at a resort in Foça, Turkey, as an Activity Leader, coaching everything from tennis to windsurfing to pickleball. It was an incredible experience that made him even more passionate about working with young people in outdoor settings, which is exactly what brought him to Sail Caribbean.

Outside of sport, Oliver has a keen interest in photography and is always looking for the next great shot; the BVI should keep him pretty busy on that front. He also spends his summers at his grandparents’ house near Valencia, Spain, where he’s been picking up beach volleyball and getting out on the water with his paddleboard whenever he can.

After his degree, Oliver is keen to move into brand marketing, combining his love of sport with the creative side of things. For now, though, he’s just excited for this amazing adventure and capturing the best moments in the British Virgin Islands!
