Sophie Peacock

Sophie Peacock is originally from Little Rock, Arkansas, and now calls Miami home. She first discovered Sail Caribbean as a camper in 2021 and 2022, and liked it enough to come back — this time on the other side of the line. Currently studying Health Science at the University of Miami, Sophie brings both academic curiosity and hands-on enthusiasm to everything she does. Off the boat, she’s into scuba diving, movies, reading, and making time for the people she cares about.

When she’s not in the BVI, she’s dreaming of Grand Cayman and Saba, two stops that have a permanent place on her favorites list. Now rejoining the Sail Caribbean crew as a Mate, Sophie brings the perspective of someone who’s lived the program as a camper and is ready to help the next group of sailors make their own memories on the water.
