Hi everyone, Mannat here! On Day 13, the sailors left in the morning for their ASA 201 course, and the DMTs finished up our dive maps and then deep-cleaned the salon and kitchen. We also practiced tying knots with our eyes closed! Skyler and I made burritos for dinner with beans, corn, chicken, rice, and all the other good stuff for dinner. Our Program Director, Aiden, went home for a family reunion for a few days, so we were awaiting his arrival all day.

On Day 14, the DMTs did our stress test underwater, which was a bit difficult because I ended up having ear pain :(. However, the sailors took their 201 test in the morning, which they all passed, woohooo! In the afternoon, they went sailing on the Colgate 26 to practice teaching underway. That evening, we got to have some phone time and talk to all of our wonderful families. Then, Skyler and I made some yummy baked potatoes.

On Day 15, we ate some breakfast around 7 am and the sailors left for colgating around 7:30. We had some free time until lunch at 12, which was nice to relax. Then, at 3, the sailors came back and we snorkeled the caves on Norman Island right around sunset. We had a nice evening with a dinner of fried rice a quiet night under the stars. I am so excited for shore time on Scrub Island tomorrow and having a more relaxed schedule now that we have completed our courses for the most part.
