Charlie and Bravo Day 3: Written by the crew of JP

By wpdev June 25, 2014

JP had a delicious breakfast of French toast to start off our day.

We went through the long task of dropping our mooring ball, picking it up again, and then dropping it again before we travelled to Salt Island.

Tyler was on the helm for anchoring and we got it the first time. We went on a short hike while on Salt Island with beautiful views and took a group photograph at the top.

After sailing back to Cooper, we went on a dive where Sam saw a family of spotted eagle rays. Some of us did watersports – wakeboarding was a blast!

Connor and Heather made delicious burritos for dinner with a pleasant supply of cinnamon meat.

Sam got us all to look at the big dipper at 9:02pm and we learnt where Scorpio is in the sky. It was a great day in the British Virgin Islands and we are all looking forward to another adventure with Sail Caribbean.

The greatest challenge during the program was staying entertained during the quarantine period. Not being able to leave your boat and not having a phone, which was a crutch against boredom, it was difficult at first to stay entertained.
