Tango 3 Day 6: Congratulations Open Water Divers!

This morning, we woke up at Salt Island and got ready for an exciting day ahead! Our Open Water divers completed their certifications (CONGRATS!) in the morning while everyone else sailed from Salt Island to Trellis Bay on Beef Island. Once we got to Trellis Bay, we snorkeled around the boat and had lunch before heading to shore!

On shore, we got time with our phones and time to explore Aragorn’s Art Studio and the rest of Trellis Bay. After hanging out on land, we came back to I Am Free for the rest of the day. After our mate, Kyra, dropped her sunglasses in the ocean, we all free dove to the bottom to find them! We then showered and prepared a delicious dinner of steak fajitas! After dinner, we had a quiet night on board and played tons of card games!

The greatest challenge during the program was staying entertained during the quarantine period. Not being able to leave your boat and not having a phone, which was a crutch against boredom, it was difficult at first to stay entertained.
