Today, we woke up to another full day at Cooper Island! All of the fleet headed to shore early in the morning for either an early dive, beach watersports, partaking in a game of war or relaxing on shore. Everyone got the chance to indulge in some delicious ice cream from the local coffee shop or hang around in the boutique, too.

For lunch, the fleet enjoyed a delicious meal of broccoli mac and cheese and then our divers got back to more diving! Some divers got to go on an exciting night dive where they saw eels and octopus while the rest of the fleet headed to shore for a social. On shore, everyone enjoyed each other’s company with lots of laughs and as the foreign staff say “fizzy drinks” or soda 🙂 ! Post social, it was time for us all to reconvene on our home vessels, hold our nightly boat meeting and power down after a long and satisfying day.

The greatest challenge during the program was staying entertained during the quarantine period. Not being able to leave your boat and not having a phone, which was a crutch against boredom, it was difficult at first to stay entertained.
