Chloe Loveland
Chloe is originally from Norfolk, UK, where she grew up by the coast and developed a strong love for the ocean. She has just graduated from Newcastle University with a degree in Marine Zoology and is excited to take her passion for marine life beyond the classroom.
Over the past two summers, Chloe has worked as a waterfront counselor at Gold Arrow Camp in California, where she taught watersports and helped campers build confidence in and out of the water. She recently completed an eight-month internship with SharkLab Malta in the Mediterranean, where she carried out research and outreach focused on sharks and rays, and became a PADI Divemaster.
Chloe loves encouraging others to step outside their comfort zones and try new things. When she’s not in the water, she enjoys camping, musical theatre, and travelling. She’s excited to get stuck into life onboard and can’t wait to make this summer one to remember!
