Mitchel Richmond

Mitchel (Mitch) is 21 years old from Toronto, Ontario, Canada, where he grew up sailing on Lake Ontario. Over the years, that turned into a few summers working as a dockmaster, where he learned he really enjoys outdoor, hands-on work and being part of a team that keeps things running smoothly.

Mitch is now heading into his final year as a Commerce Co-op student at Dalhousie University on Canada’s East Coast, where he has gained experience supporting events and operations through a mix of co-op roles. This summer, he finds himself lucky enough to combine his love of sailing with operations work in a very unique setting.
