Bravo 2, Charlie 2, Delta 2, Foxtrot 2, and Sierra 2: Day 1 – Arrivals Day

Day 1

Staff were up bright and early hustling and bustling to get everything ready for our newest crew’s arrival. Boats were cleaned, provisions loaded up, cabins made -up, and smiles prepped! Some of our staff headed over to St Thomas to greet and welcome our travelers to the Virgin Islands. Before heading to the BVI, they all had a fill up on pizza before the last leg of their journey.

Together they hopped on the ferry and off they were to the British Virign Islands (BVI)! Before they knew it, students were at our home base in Hodges’ Creek Marina being greeted by their Captains and Mates while also meeting their fellow boat-mates they’ll be sharing their time with for the next three-weeks. Before dinner, students  phoned home to notify parents of their official arrival in addition to, shared their excitement for the coming weeks ahead! Our staff prepped dinner our their boats, so our students could get to know their fellow crew-mates and relax after a long day’s travels.
