Early Alpha Day 7: From the crew of Sao Jorge

Today we woke up at 8 o’clock and then took a nice fresh water shower on docks. We had banana eggs for breakfast and they were delicious!

We then departed Nanny Cay and set our sails for The Bight. We practiced our man overboard drill when Henry dropped his water bottle.

After we got the mooring ball on the first try, the scuba divers left and the rest of us went on a hike to the helicopter pad atop Norman Island.

When we got back to the boat, we chilled for a while and had dinner. After dinner, we went on shore to have some frozen drinks and have dessert.

Liam, Jake, and Madison all met with Phil and Maurice ahead of tomorrow’s challenge day, in preparation for some crazy-safe fun!
