Today we woke up at the Pirates Bight on Norman Island after a great social the previous night. After a breakfast of bacon, egg, and cheese sandwiches our Open Water Divers finished their last certification dive!

While the rest of the campers went on the Heli-Hike to the top of the island, we played True Course games Where the Wind Blows, Oh Captain My Captain, and an intense Rock-Paper-Scissors tournament. A return to boats brought on some free time for extra tubing, Colgate, and snorkel time.

After DTB (Drop the Ball) we sailed to Nanny Cay where we docked for the night. After our docking, we all got shore time to explore Arawaks clothing store, the swimming pool, and the grocery store for yummy ice cream before land showers.

After shower time, students got to use their phones to call home and talk to all their friends about camp. A night on the docks allowed our students to see their friends right next door, see some marine life swimming around, and play whiteboard tic-tac-toe across boats. Another beautiful adventure at Sail Caribbean!

The greatest challenge during the program was staying entertained during the quarantine period. Not being able to leave your boat and not having a phone, which was a crutch against boredom, it was difficult at first to stay entertained.
