The fleet woke up to the beautiful blue waters of white bay and once the divers left we dropped the ball and eventually headed to marina cay where we made lunch and had a free diving lesson. The divers that left had finished their open water course and got to go on some fun dives. They went to the Dogs (a collection of small islands) and saw sunken airplanes that look like sharks! And the campers that did free diving practiced holding their breath for as long as they can.

The Sierra and Foxtrot students went on a mangrove kayaking adventure while the remaining crew docked the boats at scrub island. A lot of the mangroves got destroyed during the hurricane so we are so lucky to be able to still use the ones that made it through for research and learning purposes. Usually, you can see baby sea life in the mangroves; like, sharks, jellyfish, and others!

With some boats having as little as 5 remaining crew, the docking were so impressive and demonstrated how much everyone was learning and taking in.

Shore time began after a boat clean then everyone enjoyed the free- time to either go to the pool, dive shop or beach. We love coming to Scrub Island because there is so much to do and the campers usually love going to the pool or getting a pizza at the market.

After much desired land showers and dinner the fleet spent their evening on Samoa doing a Night adaptations lesson and taking a look around the marina to see what they could find.

Tired and content after another beautiful day in the Caribbean the fleet went to sleep to get rested up before the infamous CHALLENGE DAY!

The greatest challenge during the program was staying entertained during the quarantine period. Not being able to leave your boat and not having a phone, which was a crutch against boredom, it was difficult at first to stay entertained.
