Abbey Milcak

Meet Abbey, a 21-year-old from Vancouver, British Columbia! Abbey is currently working toward her Bachelor of Economics at the University of Victoria and will be heading into her fourth year this fall. Growing up with easy access to both mountains and ocean, Abbey spent her winters skiing and developed a deep love for the outdoors from an early age. Summers were often spent boating with family, where her connection to the water and appreciation for life on the ocean first began.

Over time, she also discovered how much she enjoys mentoring kids through sport, play, and outdoor adventure, and loves creating fun and supportive environments where young people can build confidence and step outside their comfort zones. Since moving to Vancouver Island for school, Abbey has fully embraced island life and the coastal lifestyle that comes with it. Abbey is always up for an adventure and can’t wait to bring her energy, leadership, and love for working with youth to the British Virgin Islands this summer!
