Nora Erdman

Hailing from the cold, northern state of Minnesota, Nora is swapping her ski legs for sea legs! Growing up, she has always had an adventurous spirit, whether it be going on camping trips in the Boundary Waters or being a sailing instructor for a small summer camp. She finished her degree in Global Studies in Florence, Italy, and later returned to Italy to be an au pair,r where she learned to go out of her comfort zone and grow her love for travel (and for Italian food). Along the way, she has used her passion for photography and writing to capture the moments abroad, do social media for small local brands, and work in concert photography and journalism. She started with Sail Caribbean in 2023 and is now a full-time staff member as the Head of Marketing and Community Service; although, she tries to get out and teach sailing on the fleets as much as possible. Nora can’t wait to sail with the students and record all of the amazing moments this summer!
