Sean Collins

Sean is very excited to be a part of Sail Caribbean this season. Right now, he is a first-year student at the University of Denver in Colorado, studying Business Analytics and Finance. Sailing and ocean activities have been a part of his life since he was born. Growing up in Rhode Island, he enjoyed sailing and surfing, among many other water sports. During his high school summers, he taught surfing to many others at a surf camp, and he loves seeing students’ excitement to learn.

He loves to travel as he has competed internationally (throughout Europe) in ski racing, but also has had a lot of experience living on boats. At a young age, he spent a season traveling between the Leeward Islands, such as Antigua, Barbuda, and Guadaloupe. Furthermore, he loves to spend time on boats with family and friends. He is thrilled to be a part of the team this summer!
