Earlies Fleet! Day 13

Alarms went off at 5:30 and honestly, nobody minded. The Baths were waiting.
French toast and bacon on the grill got everyone moving and by the time we set sail from Trellis Bay the energy on board was already electric. The crew knew today was going to be something special.
Arriving at the Baths, we jumped straight in, snorkelling from the swimmers’ line to shore past elkhorn coral and a few moon jellies drifting by in the most peaceful way.
Then Programme Director Grace and Captain Min Min gathered everyone for a proper introduction to this incredible place. Min Min dropped some serious knowledge on us: the boulders were formed from volcanic activity around the world, cooling magma creating batholithic rocks over millions of years. Standing there looking up at them, it suddenly made a lot more sense.
After exploring every cave and crevice the Baths had to offer, we took about a thousand group photos (worth every one of them) before sailing on to Great Harbour for lunch.
Mediterranean bowls all round, a little boat clean, and then it was time to head back to the moorings for the final evening with the Earlies crew.
Captain/Mate Richie and Keegan took charge of the BBQ and the jerk chicken was something else entirely. Once everyone had eaten their fill, we all made our way up to the canopy where the social media team had put together a slideshow of photos from the whole programme.
Then came the skits, then the awards, which you can see the results in the photos below.
So, to the Earlies Crew of 2026….
What a time it has been. From welcoming everyone in St Thomas to watching you find your feet on the boat, build each other up, try things you never thought you would and come out the other side as a proper crew, it has been the best thing to be a part of. Every single one of you grew in ways you might not even realise yet and that is what makes this job feel like the best one in the world.
Thank you for giving us that. We hope whenever you look back on these two weeks you feel really good about what you did out here. And if you post anything, make sure to tag us because we genuinely want to see it 🙂
