Hi! I’m Maïka, and welcome back on Blueberry.

Today was one of the kids’ favorite days, and here’s why.

We woke up docked together at Soppers, where we ate a quick breakfast buffet organized by Noah before dedocking around 9 a.m. Spirits were high, as the kids started to realize the trip won’t last forever. There was a lot of laughter, great initiative, and high energy.

We then did one of our last sails of the program for about three hours. The sun was out, and the warm wind helped us become the first boat to arrive at our destination. Kenzie, Silas, and Noah stood out during the sail, showing a lot of enthusiasm and taking initiative during the maneuvers.

We med-anchored at Little Harbour on Peter Island and spent the afternoon enjoying the area. Brynne, Lulu, Alexa, Noah, Kenzie, Stella, and Rowan went diving and saw wrecks and some sharks. Jackson, Leilani, and Silas went waterskiing and did great on the wakeboard. We also saw a lot of turtles around the boat.

For dinner, Rowan and Lulu made homemade pizzas for everyone while we watched the sunset.

After dinner, our divers went back out for a night dive and saw even more sharks. The non-divers went on a nighttime hike to an abandoned hotel.

Around 8:30 p.m., everyone was back on the boats. We wrapped up the day with cookies at boat meeting and a round of Hot Seat. Goodnight!
