Today we all woke up to overcast skies, but it was at Scrub Island. We first cooked and ate breakfast. After we finished our breakfast clean, we completed our pre-departure checks, and began to dedock, which our fleet did AMAZING at! We got lots of applause from staff, which is especially special considering what a tight space it was! After that, we were off with a roughly 3 hour sail. We used the jib as well as the main sail. During our sail we sang songs and it even rained for a little while. We rolled into Anegada and moored. We enjoyed the sun that finally came out for a little before we went to shore. We went on a truck tour of the island and then went to a restaurant and a gift shop. After we finished, we had a beach clean and swam in the ocean for a little. We also learned about sharks from our marine biologist counselors. After our shore time we took a truck ride back and saw a baby shark on the way. We dinghied back to our boats in time for showers, dinner, boat clean, and boat meeting. It was an amazing day and so cool to see Anegada!

The greatest challenge during the program was staying entertained during the quarantine period. Not being able to leave your boat and not having a phone, which was a crutch against boredom, it was difficult at first to stay entertained.
