After a fantastic night partying at Sidney’s, the fleet woke up after much needed rest and got ready to drop the ball and head to White Bay.

Once we arrived at the jaw-droppingly beautiful bay the fleet jumped into the crystal clear waters to swim around before eating lunch.

The open water divers were picked up soon after and they went on their way to the dive sites where they would complete the final dive of their open water certification.

The dives were beautiful and some groups even saw a nurse shark. In the words of Liam from Mile High:

“We saw so many cool things, including a moray eel. As we were returning to the boat the sea nettle empire created a plan to blockade the dive boat.”

It was such a great time and once all the divers returned to White Bay we celebrated all the new open water divers on the fleet!!

While they were gone the rest of Alpha water-sported and soaked up the sun surrounded by the luscious green hills.

The evening was spent crafting the creating the best ideas they could think of for Chilli cookoff and what a night it was!

The judges had a blast as they went from boat to boat trying the delicious chillis and watching each boat’s plans come to life.

It was overall a brilliant day for Alpha, enjoyed by all!

The greatest challenge during the program was staying entertained during the quarantine period. Not being able to leave your boat and not having a phone, which was a crutch against boredom, it was difficult at first to stay entertained.
