Today we woke up at Leverick Bay and enjoyed breakfast before kicking off the morning with Dinghy Dares. During Dinghy Dares, we had a ton of fun completing challenges like making a snack that looked like Topher, seeing how much orange juice we could make, dressing up a staff member, and writing a song about our boat.
After Dinghy Dares, we completed our PDCs, hoisted the chocolate ball, and motored over to Bitter End. Once we arrived at Bitter End, we started lunch prep, went for a swim, and relaxed before shore time.
During shore time, we enjoyed some delicious food, played on the Hobie Cats, participated in watersports, went shopping, and hung out on the beach. It was a great opportunity to unwind and spend time together before heading back to the boats.
After shore time, we returned to the boat, took ocean showers, and enjoyed a dinner of taco in a bag. We wrapped up the evening with a boat meeting to prepare for Challenge Day tomorrow. Our skipper, navigator, and crew reviewed the questions they needed to answer and got everything ready for the big day ahead. After a fun-filled day, we headed to bed early so we’d be well-rested for tomorrow’s adventure.
