Pacify woke up bright and early around 7:30 am and had a delicious breakfast buffet made by Brooklyn and Cici. Before leaving Sidney’s we started our deep clean, gathered our laundry, and headed back to the Moorings for a full-circle moment, where we originally started. Our skipper of the day, Izzy, had a successful docking to start our afternoon and time on shore.
After passing the cleaning inspection and handing off the laundry, the crew enjoyed virgin drinks by the pool, bought sunscreen, and hung out, while Foxtrot and Sierra students participated in a squid dissection. Shortly following shore time, we replenished our food supply with amazing provisions provided by our PM, Meghan. While putting our fresh provisions away, we danced along to our boat playlist. Some of our favorite foods have been cinnamon raisin bagels, fruit snacks, and mangoes.
Post freshwater shower, feeling fresh and clean, our afternoon soon had come and gone while Izzy and Michael prepared stir fry for everyone to enjoy. Over dinner, we reminisced about all the memories we’ve made being halfway through this amazing journey. Our crew is now headed off to the boat meeting, where we will enjoy cookies and discuss our itinerary for tomorrow. We are so excited for all the memories to come and this amazing opportunity and chance we took to be here!
