This is the place to hone your leadership skills and put them to use. When you see young people benefiting from your guidance and flourishing from your know-how, you'll discover there's no better feeling in the world.

Leadership, Teamwork and Sports

By participating in outdoor team-building and leadership activities, you’ll help introduce local youth to the concept of fair play, individual achievement, team roles, problem-solving techniques and the importance of rules. We'll also add some fun with beach volleyball, lacrosse, football, and other sports. You may even learn to play cricket! 
Available on all Alpha, Bravo, Foxtrot, Tango and Sierra programs

Cultural Exchange

Working side-by-side with local children and teens enables you to share your hobbies and interests and learn theirs through cultural presentation exchanges, meals, and sports! You'll even have a chance to fill them in on tales of your Sail Caribbean adventure.
Available on all Sierra, Bravo, Foxtrot, and Tango programs

Water Safety & Snorkel Clinics

Despite living so close to the sea, a significant number of islanders never learn to swim. You'll teach them basic water safety and snorkeling techniques to help them feel comfortable in the water and appreciate the underwater world surrounding their islands.
Available on Sierra, Bravo and Foxtrot programs

Introduction to Sailing Experience

Know the anticipation you feel right now just thinking about taking the helm of your boat for the first time? Well, you'll share that moment when you take local teens out sailing for a day.  You'll pass on your new-found expertise and, in the process, discover just how skilled and confident a sailor you've become.
