Timing

Each season we receive hundreds of applications to become part of our staff.  We review every application and resume and call every reference.  We also hold in-person interviews so we truly can make the best choice.

Our application process in ongoing, so we are always accepting applications.  The hiring season does not officially get underway until November.  In December we begin in-person interviews in 1 of 3 ways: 1) you come to our administrative office in Northport, NY  2) We come to a central location where we can meet with other applicants as well, or  3) a senior member of our staff interviews you at a location near you and we will follow up with a phone interview.  We hire staff members all the way through the spring.  The time frame between the interview and hiring is approximately six weeks.  We will maintain contact with you throughout the process.
